    Cause for concern?

Since November I have had clumsiness in my hands, dropping things a lot. About 2 weeks ago I started getting muscle twitches all over my body but generally only at night when I layed down and relaxed. They were bad at first but are nowhere near as bad now. 3 days ago my tongue started feeling like it was too big for my mouth. The tip of it and one side felt kind of odd. Not sore but not normal. It looks fine. Normal color. No scalloping or twitching. I can stick it all the way out, touch the roof of my mouth and push my cheeks out with it. The issue is, the swollen feeling and feeling of the tip are causeing me to mispronounce words. It doesnt happen all the time but I find myself hyper aware of my speaking now. I also have difficulty swallowing but I believe that is just from my eosinophilic esophagitis.
I saw my PCP and she did a neureo exam.. tested arm strength, leg strength, reflexes, had me grip her hands, checked for loss of sensation in my legs and arms.... all fine. She did refer me to a neurologist for a NCV for my wrists, I think to rule out carpol tunnel.
Does any of this sound like ALS to you?
