    Can dizziness get this bad?

I've been having some issues with my health for about 2 months now. It started with having difficulty breathing when it's humid and chest pains.

About 3 or 4 nights ago I did some pretty light drinking and the next day I woke up and the room was spinning. I thought maybe I didn't have enough water and it was a hang over, but the dizziness is lingering even now. It mostly triggers when I get up or lay down and when I look down. I also have the WORST dry mouth and feel thirsty all the time, even though I'm not dehydrated (urine is nice and pale), and I've been having slight pressure headaches.

Does this sound like typical anemia? I was going to go to an allergist for the breathing and chest pain, but I don't think these new symptoms fit into that. Maybe some blood work is in needed??? I know my mom has iron anemia, so I guess it sounds likely...eck I hate needles.
