    iron deficiency neuropathy

I have gastroparesis and now low ferritin levels (16). I have all the gastroparesis symptoms, but also have many neurological issues--numbness in left side arm, leg, extreme weakness, mental fogginess, eye strain, headaches, dizziness. Could these symptoms be from low ferritin? I've been trying to figure this out for 3 years and I'm at my whits end. Everything hurts.... wish I could figure this out.
I've had lots and lots of tests and blood work--NO MS or neurological diseases based on MRI and spinal tap. Vit. B and D look great. All other blood work comes back perfect.

Has anyone had these issues with low ferritin levels?
