Sent home h/h 8.3/25, need advice

I'm 33 year old male, been healthy all my life until I just found out 2 days ago my hgb 8.3 and hct 25, which are both low. I've been feeling dizzy and short of breath with heart racing at 110-120 minute at rest to 135-140 when walking. So I went to the hospital and that's when they found all these results. Total bilirubin is sky high 7.3. Direct Coombs test was negative for autoimmune antibodies.

But I don't understand why my total bili is high and hgb hct is low. I don't have any abdominal pain. I understand bilirubin is a byproduct of heme breakdown from hemoglobin.

My doctor sent me home and follow up in 1 week. She said to just rest at home and take it easy. She ordered iron sulfate 2x day and folic acid daily.

I still feel very dizzy and short of breath when getting up and just walking 20 feet, I also get headache and the heart palpitations. I feel like just passing out. Even at rest my heart beats fast I can feel it at 110-120 minute.

at what point do I go back to the hospital? I'm okay right now just laying down on my bed but the thought of getting up and moving makes me anxious.
