    Question Slightly High Hemoglobin

    range is up to 17.7 I had 18.4 but hemoglobin has always been high for years.

    should i worry


    never smoke, etc

    any ideas

    If it's been high for years and not getting worse you probably have nothing to worry about. Just try to stay away from anything that might make it worse, like smog or smoke.

    Also, the human body always works best on a healthy diet. Avoid foods that cause inflammation like sugar and baked goods made with white flour. You can try some research to come up with more inflammatory foods.

    Being overweight causes inflammation too.
