    Post b12, reflux, intrinsic factor

Hi, 3 years ago I was feeling low and went to my doctor my b12 level was 120, I got one injection and it shot up to about 600. I thought no more about it. A year later I developed reflux out of the blue and still have it, I have just been told my b12 is at 106 and my new doctor is happy for me to have vitamin pills. I was wondering if anyone else low in b12 has developed reflux (without using ppi drugs which I know lowers b12) If I was low in the intrinsic factor could my b12 have lasted 3 years and brought me to my level of 106? My doctor hasnt mentioned why I get low. My symptoms have been tiredness and heart palpatations during the night.
