    Post Have anyone tried Mega Food Blood Builder
    Hello,

    I am new to the site and my Iron level is 9. I am tired and sleepy all the time plus I cant stop craving ice. I don't like the Iron pills 3 x's a day the doctor RX because they are very hard on my stomache. I went to the Whole Food Store and got a bottle of Mega Food Blood Builder. Please give me any suggestions that work without having to get transfusion.
