MY CBC TEST RESULTS-is there any problem in that

Recently I had cbc blood test. Here are my value:

    WBC- 3.55
    RBC-4.68
    HGB-12.7
    HCT-38.3
    PLATELET COUNT-92

Is there any problem me with tests.
Am I anemic ? Am I suffering from Thrombocytopenia ?

My doctor does not think so. She is saying I don't have to worry as in past three year these value were normal. But I am worried for the same reason. Why now these value declined without any infection or apparent bleeding ?
I am feeling very weaker and weaker for last few days. But my doctor is recommending me to see psychiatrist.
I know I need to change this doctor. But May be she is right.
    Anybody have suggestions ?

Your hemoglobin and crit are on the low normal range. Do you happen to have your iron serum and ferritin counts? Your platelet count is also running a bit low. Those would be the best tests to see if you are creeping into an anemia problem, with everything running towards the low in I'm hoping she did check those because it could very well be the issue.

I don't know much about Thrombocytopenia but you have to be your own advocate and if you are feeling a change in Dr's is needed it might not be a bad idea. I would be a little concerned myself. It never hurts to get a second opinion.
