    Unexplained weight loss

I have been to the doctors and hospital since March and I lost 36 pounds and all they tell me is I'm anemic and I am hyperthyroid which was a misdiagnosis and since then been having anxiety attacks everyday i was anemic hgb 9.2.

    Re: Unexplained weight loss

With anemia comes loss of appetite which could be an explanation for the weight loss, it is a symptom. I never learned much about hyperthyroidism sorry I will be of no help there .
I to got/get panic attacks that were sudden and came with the anemia as well. It can be a nasty thing if not treated the side effects are horrible. I'm not really sure what you are asking here. Weight loss and anxiety are both symptoms of anemia though but they are both symptoms of many other things as well.
I hope that your Dr's figure out what is going on and are able to get things under control for you!
    Best wishes.

The doctors found out I'm not hyper after a thyroid scan but since I got the phone call From my doctors saying go to the nearest ER because my thyroid level dropped to the point where I would die and I later found out that was false i had amxiety real bad since then

So do you happen to have iron serum & ferritin numbers? If you are in fact anemic this can be the cause of your anxiety and panic. It has caused such a major health anxiety for me it's not even funny. What you are going through is completely understandable.
