17 is pretty low on ferritin. I'd say yes. You need to get that up to at least 50 to feel normal. My ferritin was 11 two months ago and I felt like death warmed up. And the anxiety was horrific. Push for ferrous fumurate 3 times a day. Will take about 2-3 months to make you feel better but believe me, it's amazing the difference you will notice. Good luck!

From what you have described ie. anxiety I think it'll be your ferritin. Seriously get them to get you on iron ASAP. I was going out of my mind when I was really bad, panic attacks, the lot. Extreme dizziness, bad nausea, total loss of appetite, extreme fatigue.. It was horrible. If you are having any of these symptoms, I'll wager it will be that you have low ferritin.

They didn't want to give me anything to cause constipation xx I get really bad dizziness migraines and breathing too.. Sometimes tintiinitis, tingles in my feet and hands xx

Yea, coeliac disease causes anaemia as your small intestine gets damaged. Please please go back to the doctor and get on iron! All the symptoms you have are classic low ferritin symptoms. The quicker you get it sorted the better! I was off work for a month with this, it was not fun at all. Seriously, do it tomorrow!
