Red face Please help, concerned ... Aneurysm

I have been having some issues since before xmas...
i been having dizziness..ears ringing none stop .. ..nausea ..headaches often one after another for first time in my life...spells of not remembering things ..extreme confusion..waves of not connecting words correctly...very tired constantly...thrown up a few times..i have had strange dull pain in back of head and once on side of head and also feel strange fluttering sensations inside my head...pressure in sinus(infection already ruled out)I even got lost one day in my car and was so confused and exhausted i had to call ambulance.....been to ER already 2 times in last few weeks and no one seems to know what is going on..i have had all the regular blood work and chest xray and ct scan all negative...these episodes come and never fully back to myself but i do feel a little better ..its like waves ..comes and goes...
Does anyone have any clue if this sounds like an UNruptured aneurysm? i just so much want to understand what is happening to taken an act of God to finally get a neurologist take me in...they said my symptoms were something they were concerned about and finally only because someone cancelled i have an appointment but its almost a week still having all these waves of symptoms and dont know if i should go back to ER and just push them to go ahead and do an MRI which would seem to be more conclusive for this type of concern...thank you for reading and if you have any information that would be useful id be so appreciative...

Re: Please help, concerned ... Aneurysm...UPDATE

Hi, if you think it might be a cerebral aneurysm and would like some informative
data on this subject, I recommended you Google Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
Good Luck.
