Possible 2-3 mm cerebral aneurysm.

Hi, I am a 79 Male living in SoCal. in Jan. 2016 I had an MRI done in an ER.
On 4/21/16 I had an MRA looking for cerebral aneurysm that the radiologist
in the Jan. 2016 MRI said was a possible 3 mm aneurysm and recommended an MRA to confirm which I had done. A second radiologist that read the MRA images on 4/21/16 says in the FINDINGS: There is a 2-3 mm irregularity of the right M2 segment and the abnormality is not seen on the time-of-flight images. And the Report IMPRESSION: "Says Possible 2-3 mm aneurysm in the right M2 segment corresponding to prev. findings, seen only on the post contrast images." So there does not appear to be a confirmation that any cerebral aneurysm exists. Anyone else experience this same lack of certainty on part of radiologists? Any opinions on what is going on with these Final Results saying only a maybe aneurysm. How does one find out for
certain whether or not one of these nasty things is lurking somewhere in my brain? Thanks.
