Brain aneurysm or headache/migraine?

Hi i am a 29 yo female in okay health. My blood test tells me cholesterol, iron, b12, sugar levels etc are all fine.
2 months ago i got tingling in my left arm, followed by pain that woke me up at 3am.
I got a nerve conduction test, and ct scan on neck - no pinched nerve and doesnt seem to be carpal tunnel.

Anyway, this then turned into tingling on arm and scalp, followed by a week of headaches. My head felt full of pressure, ears are constantly ringing and feel full, and also, I noticed my pupils were both dilated. I saw a neurologist and I have an MRI booked for 2 weeks time. But in the last 2 days I've also felt pain behind my left eye mostly. I get some discomfort behind the right eye sometimes, but it is mostly left. My pupils are constantly dilated.
I've heard this could mean i may have an aneurysm that is about to rupture, and since then I've been anxious. I know there isn't anything I can do until I get the MRI, but has anyone had an aneurysm who can shed some light on their experience because i dont know whether or not to go to the ER. I dont want to wait hours only to be brushed off with something like sinus. I dont feel congested and there is no mucus.
Im just tired of the constant pain and waking up discovering a new symptom every day.
Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same symptoms. What type of MRI did you receive, and what were your results? I am literally driving myself crazy!!! I had a MRI without contrast in may, and it was negative, but I swear I need one with contrast.. or an mra..
