Unexplained Chest Pain

I have had unexplained chest pain off and on for the past few years. The pain starts directly above my heart and feels like a squeezing. It then also moves to the back of my shoulder. I have high blood pressure and have had problems with a fast heart rate. I take tiazac(diltiazem) XL once a day. The tiazac does help keep my blood pressure and fast heart in check. There are some times where my heart feels like it's racing but I think that's due to my asthma medications.

I have had a stress test, echocardiogram, ekg, and blood tests which all were normal. All they showed was a fast heart rate. I had a cardiologist in the past who said it's angina but my family doctor says it must be muscular. The pain doesn't begin during exertion but once it's there the best thing to do is take two baby aspirin and rest. I had the pain again this morning and took the baby aspirin. The pain usually last 10 to 15 minutes.

I'm sharing my story in the hopes that someone else who has experienced this knows what it is. I also have a faint murmur which doctors have said shouldn't cause any problems.
