Hi Everyone
I havent posted in a while..Heres an update...I havent taken any medication in over 2 months..The withdrawls are gone completely. I feel in complete control of my body...I went back to the gym and going out and spending time with my friends...In the begining I would feel a lil light headed but I would just tell myself its from anxiety and it will go away, and guess what it does go away...Dont feed into anxiety dont let it control your life cause it will...Dont think of yourself as being weak that you wont be able to control it, those are negative self talk..Everyone can do it, you just have to take that first step...In the begining you may have a little set back but just know its a set back and not that you failed...Keep going forward...If I can do it anyone can...Here are a few things that helped me..Watch what you eat...Salt and certain types of foods makes my heart beat a lil rapid not much..I dont eat anything after 6pm and if you find that you are out with friends just watch what you eat dont order fatty foods or anything with alot of salt...but dont be to concern just know if your heart beats a little rapid it from the food you ate not anxiety..I have hopes for everyone and my prayers are with you all...
