    Any one else spaced-out?

    I've been feeling very anxious lately. And ever since a week ago, I started feeling sort of "Spaced-out". I looked up brain fog, and some symptoms apply, but not all. My symptoms are feeling sort of drugged, spaced out, not completely there. But I can actively communicate, I still remember what I did earlier in the day, and I still feel mentally sharp. But every morning I wake up I constantly check if I am feeling spaced out. If I keep my day going and don't think about it, I'm perfectly fine, but once I think about it, It's back. Most of this week I spent laying in bed waiting for this feeling to go away, and it does when I'm positive, but if I even question if I feel normal, the "fogginess" hits. Has anyone else experienced this? I know the simple "Don't think about it, move on with your day" But is this normal? Is this most likely linked to anxiety? Is this maybe just the over-worrying? Any responses greatly appreciated!

    there's a name for it! Look up "depersonalization". It is anxiety related and I had it when I was younger for quite awhile, but thankfully it did go away.
