    Health anxiety

    Hi everyone,
    Need some help getting over this bout of anxiety. Haven't had one of these in a long time 😥. Started on Monday, having a very busy day. Vet visit with my cat, to the gym and then rushing to pick up kitty and home for internet technician. Had eaten a lite breakfast at 8 am.... it's now about 1 pm! Rushing to make a quick salad before tech arrives and get a brief dizzy floating feeling . I get scared and take my BP. Up a little above my usual so I continue to take it throughout the day and everytime it goes up more!! Now I am pretty much panicked and I haven't been able to relax since then.....two days ago!! Help ....how can I relax? Thanks for any help ☺
