    Chest/back/abdomen transient discomfort

I heard a depressing story about someone dying of esophageal cancer about 2 weeks ago and ever since then I seem to have been very aware of random pains in my rib cage or sometimes in my back/sides. They always disappear when I'm focused on something, but return if I'm sat doing nothing in particular.

Does this sound like an anxiety symptom?

    Thanks in anticipation!

    Phil
