    Health & Leaving Home Anxiety

Hello everyone. I have really bad health anxiety. I get heart palpitations due to hormones/peri menopause. When the palps start I get totally freaked out and start thinking something bad is going to happen, so I wait for "it". I've had holter monitors, EKG's and eve an ultrasound of my heart. Everything always show everything is fine, my heart is good. After everything, I'm good until the next time. I'm always on guard because of this. I also think every time something hurts, that something is really wrong.

I also have a hard time leaving my house w/o my husband. I've always been very independent. I use to find any reason in the world to go to town. I haven't even been to visit my best friend for over a year.

I don't know how to fix either of these problems. Any advice?? I just want to get back to the old me, or close to who I was a few years ago ☹️😔😥
