    Question Valerian root

I started taking Valerian root for anxiety about a week ago. I have noticed a slight difference. It does help me sleep better. Has anyone else tried it, or have any info on it? Any precautions? I read about it on-line, but would like to hear some personal stories/experiences. Thanks!!

I think it is supposed to work the same, but I am not sure. (I take the capsules.)

If you want the get the full benefits of Valerian and the least amount of the odor, take a "standardized" extract in capsule form.

You're pretty brave for trying it. I have to hold my nose to take the capsules! After I open the bottle I have to spray air freshener in the room!
