Re: Red, burning ears anyone?

209, i have had that syptoms before, and I hated it,,,,, I was working as a cashier at the time,, and my ears would just start buring. I would have to leave my regester and go look in the mirror..... But dont worry it dont last long....Isnt it weird how one week we will have this syptom, and obsessed with it then the next week we have another syptom and forget about the syptoms that we had before.
Good luck to you,,

My whole face gets like that, and it makes me feel like I have a fever because, if I take a nap and wake up with a panic attack, I feel all clammy and hot...

209, You're not alone in this.
I could always tell when I was going to have a panic attack because my ears would get as red as a stop light and hot to the touch, then my face would lose all color and my whole body would start to fell hot.
When the attack was over I would get very cold and then within a couple of minutes everything would go back to normal, but the hot feeling and red ears would last throughout the entire attack.

yeah, me too, my ears go all hot and red during and sometimes before a panic attack. but i try not to get too warm anyway, as i think that that always makes me have a panic attack, in a perfect world i would always be nice an cool.
