im haveing luck with passionflower, but im taking a combination herb soon, thi is just to start me off (my phsycotherpist wants me to easeinto it)
i actually feel alot less anxious, i still fidgeting but i can fall asleep much faster than before (it took atleast an hour every time, now its only like 20 minutes)and i dont have panic attacks liek i used to
the cercomstances.. well i have OCD, generalized anxiety, PTST, social anxiety, and a panic disorder, so i was kind of a reck for years, i worked very veryhard to get myself more stable without meds, and got rid of the major problems liek depression and even got more social (but im still a social phobe)
i think as long as your okayish controle-wise, herbs can work for you, i tried tehem years ago when iw as such a mess, and they did not work, i think they can give you a nice push, but they can only push so hard, you sound liek all youneed is alittle push, though.
