Effexor XR jolts

I am going off of Effexor XR and I remember from going off of Paxil that I had really bad jolts, but never this bad. Any time that I move I get a jolt and I'm extremely dizzy. I passed out tonight, actually. I called my dr several times, but no one called me back. Should I call the hospital where my dr is located (small town hospital, all of the practicing dr's in the dr's office work there). I'm just wondering what to do... it really stinks, I can't move at all without feeling the jolt.
