will the butterfly feeling go away

I have been diagnosed with PPD, OCD, and GAD. I take Prozac 60mg daily, Remeron 15mg at night, and klonopin.25 3 times a day. I see a psychiatrist for the meds and I also see a therapist every other week. I definately see improvment in my anxiety level and panic attacks, but I still walk around all day with the "first day of school" feeling in my stomach. Sometimes, I can distract myself for a while, but underneath its aways there.

Will that nervous feeling ever go away?
