What physical symptoms could u get from prolonged hypocondriac anxiety?

I've been getting a large amout of symptoms after having pneumonia and some fungus issues a month ago. I still feel very bad, tiredness, fatigue, abdominal cramps, back pain, nausea, joint and muscle pain, and very bad light headedness.

I am very much a afraid of illness and I am in constant fear of having very serious dessieases. How much could this anxious convition, cause of all these symptoms, there apparently isnt much else wrong with me, doctors say.

It's all in your head man. Do yourself a favor and try not to worry about it. Your not going to get sick in a week cause you are around fungus for a week or two. It would take years of living and breathing it in to get you sick. Relax. I'm a crazy hypochondriac too.
