Unhappy Feeling like I'm on a boat all the time

For over a year I've felt like I'm on a boat almost all the time. I've had MRI's, MRA's, ECG's, bloodwork, you name it and it's all come back as my neurologist says "perfect." I'm very relieved that it's fine, but I feel like I'm just so "off" in the head and sometimes I'll feel like I'm falling forward or off to side or something even if I'm not. It's very odd. I notice it a little bit more when I haven't been doing much during the day or if I'm tired. I just have been getting so down about all of my anxiety and worry and I'd love so much to be able to enjoy life without constant worry and skepticism Does anyone else get this way and have any tips for what to do? Thanks everybody

I am the same way you are. I feel "lightheaded" more often than not. For me, it gets worse when my allergies start bothering me, and I found it really helps to take Benadryl. The diphenhydramine in the Benadryl helps with the lightheadedness. Give it a try, it works for me.

all i can say is you're not alone. never feel like you are! anxiety is a normal part of the human condition, only some people feel it more heavily than others.. hang in there and talk to people about it. although- never over-talk it. thinking about being anxious will only make it much worse. a lot of it is mind-over-matter although that's easier said than done. i speak from experience. good luck and best wishes!

This is a wild guess, but I am thinking that my unsteadiness is a result of dizziness
which came out of nowhere last summer.I had some therapy for Vesticular, meaning
vestibule(or open space... in the head)where our hearing and sense of balance, are
located.I am taking Meclizine for my unsteadiness, and it has, I believe, helped control my dizziness, also. The Vestibular therapy, included extensive exercises to
strengthen our ability to forestall falling. Good luck...Bill Maybe somewhat convoluted.
