    Wink Xanax vs buspar

I was perscribed Xanax about 2 years ago for anxiety but i recently perscribed Buspar by my doctor. I haven't started taking it yet. I was curious if the Buspar was simular to Xanax. With the Xanax I get really relaxed and a little woozy for a short while after I take it. Does Buspar make you feel the same way?

    Re: Xanax vs buspar

I had been on xanax for years when my doctor asked me to try Buspar. It didn't do anything for me at all except give me weird spasm feelings in my scalp. Too creepy. I went back to the xanax and now I take Lexapro. I still think the xanax was the best but it never really made me tired.
