    Subconscious anxiety symptoms - help

I was wondering how common it was to have anxiety symptoms when you are not feeling anxious? It all started with an actual illness (inner ear problem) which caused terrible anxiety and worry for about 3 months. Now that the illness is better, I am still having weird symptoms. Muscle spasms, tingling and RLS mainly. I have thought about seeing a DR but have heard it's possible to have anxiety symptoms for awhile. I don't want to sound like a crazy person. If anyone knows more about this, I sure could use some help.

    Thank you,
    Jen

This is extremely common. Most anxiety sufferers can relate to a specific event that triggered their panic cycle. Once that cycle settles in, it becomes extremely difficult for one to break it. You continually become hyper-sensitive to every change in your body and react anxiously to it.
If you let the anxiety take control, even very common ailments (ie: getting a cold) become anxiety provoking.

In your case, the anxiety does not seem debilitating (as compared to others). If you have gotten the clean bill of health from your doctor for your ear infection, just try to move on and not worry about the anxiety. Eventually your body will stop sending the anxiety response. If it does start affecting your life, definitely go see your doctor right away. The earlier you 'take on' anxiety, the quicker the 'recovery'.

    Good luck.

Thanks for your response. I really appreciate it. I AM very hyper-sensitive to everything in my body. I am at the point where I don't know what is anxiety and what is not. I have tingling on my nose that comes and goes all day, everyday along with a plethra of other WEIRD symptoms. I have even started to worry a lot about MS. GEEZ! I am not 100% sure that my doctor is correct. I never saw a inner ear specialist....and I know Dr's will blow things off as anxiety if they don't know what happening. I'm scared and this is confusing.
