I have been on Testosterone and HGH therapy for 90 days now and I can say that it does work very well. I am being treated for chronic fatigue related to small fiber neuropathy. I wasn't worried about anything but being able to work. I have dropped 18lbs and am eating very clean and working out now that I can. It has been the single best treatment I have had in 6 years of dealing with this disease.

A healthy lifestyle can boost testosterone:

1.Maintain a healthy weight: by eating a healthy diet (BMI 18,19 or 20 if possible) You don't want to be underweight, overweight or obese.

2. Get enough sleep: Not getting enough sleep can lead to low testosterone.

3. Be active: As you gradually become more active, your brain will send a signal to increase testosterone to aid muscle and bone. But don't overdo it as that could have the opposite effect.
