At first almost everything I ate gave me an attack after eating it and sometimes recently after I work out I get one also, and the symptoms have gotten worse.

At first I had a lose of appetite, I still ate because I needed to eat though. Then anxiety after eating, then it transitioned to everyday. Today I even had a fear of eating, I was extremely hungry but was afraid of eating in fear of another attack. Is this IBS because the symptoms looked like this? By the way I have no caffeine intake because since 6 months ago I dropped soda. I don't like coffee so I don't drink that either. And Today I would eat but still feel hungry, eventually the hunger would fade but come back. Am I misunderstanding the symptoms?
