Hello everybody, I have a mole on my cheek which is fairly orange in colour and quite small so doesn't bother me and is not cancerous. But, it does grow hair which I shave every two days or so, and I want to know if this is

A) harmful for me to do this
Could this cause any damager to it and lead to other problems?

B) has a chance of making the mole bigger
obviously I do not want the mole getting any bigger, does shaving the mole mean it may increase in size, either width or 'depth' (make it like a little hill?)

I use a standard razor just to pass over it.
Thanks for help.

Hi. If the mole is flat then shave it, but if it is raised, use scissors. Catching the mole can trigger changes. It's also downright painful!!!
