Ok, i'm not overweight but i'm trying to change my eating habits a bit.... i notice that around 1-3 pm i start getting REALLY hungry for something really sugary or with lots of fat, like cake, cookies, or pie... i cant seem to control it! like today i was doing REALLY good, i had EVERYTHING under control then all of the sudden i just wanted to eat a big piece of cake and some cookies... any tips on how to get rid of this? thanx!

Maybe its caused by what you're eating prior to 1-3pm. What are you eating for lunch and breakfast?

Hey i eat healthy for brekafast and lunch, usually a non sugary cereal or fruit for breakfast then a salad or some low-fat soup for lunch. :)

You should add some protein to each meal. I think that helps control cravings. Maybe add some eggs for breakfast and some chicken or fish for lunch.
