Heard something the other day, "some tea's have more caffine than coffee."

Any truth to this?

Yes, it's true. SOME teas do have more caffeine that SOME coffees.

I know green tea has caffeine but it also has other properties that counteract the affects. I don't think herbal teas have any caffeine.

It's simple, buy decaf green tea which has only slight caffeine left in it.

Ive recently started drinking rooibos red tea. Its nice and tastes reasonably like normal tea. When I am gasping for a cup of tea this is what I have. Its also naturally caffeine free.

Haven't tried red tea. Do you know if it has the same antioxidants like the green?
