I had a biopsy which was diagnosed as Basal Cell.
The biopsy healed ( about 1/8 inch diameter ) on
the bridge of my nose. Has not returned in almost 5 yrs
Can I assume it was all removed with the biopsy ?

Yes, I would think so.

Yes, I would think so.
My Doctor says there still could be Basil Cells beneath the skin. But wouldn't it have
resurfaced by now if this were the case

Yes, you are usually considered "cancer free" after 5 years. I would still keep an eye on the area and if anything pops up just go right in and have it "zapped". Basal cell is the easiest skin cancer to treat, so try not to worry :)
