Has anyone found relief of symptoms through use of stress management activities such as yoga or tai chi?

Hi Car,
I am sure anything that helps manage stress will help IBS. Stress is a big culprit with IBS. Since we are all so different, various therapies work for different people. I personally have never used yoga but I certainly have used meditation.Sometimes it works.
