 I have a tuft of hair at the back of my neck which I use an epilator to remove but it keeps coming back. I have dark hair and a light complexion. What would remove it permanently?. Laser, I think, may do this but I believe that it is very expensive. I have now heard of Ellipse 12PL hair removal which claims to remove hair permanently. Does anybody have any advise as I would really appreciate it. Many thanks.

You could go to a cosmetic beauty spa and have them remove it permanently with electrolysis.

Well, nowadays technology is very fast and plenty of ways to remove these types of hairs. You should go to advance parlor and remove hairs.

I don't think anything removes hair permanently except laser hair removal... and even that isn't necessarily permanent; maintenance treatments are often needed to prevent regrowth.
