It's very difficult to fade freckles. Use a good sunscreen and Vitamin C serum will help.

Hi! I've heard smth about some bleaching products to remove freckles but really, I don't know if they work. I have not tried them. However, if you keep in mind that freckles are more "evident" if you stay in the sun a lot or in the wind when it's sunny, then you could try what andrepp said. Good luck!

AmLactin or Hydroquinone will help.

Be careful of using anything to lighten your skin (amlactin, lemon, hydroquinine, glycolics etc) because an unfortunate side effect of all of these products and their ingredients is that they make your skin more vulnerable to sun damage and darkening, meaning you could actually end up with more freckles than you started with if you don't take extra care to protect yourself from the sun.

Obagi nuderm system is an entire system that is designed to lighten and
"bleach". Obagi uses hydroquinolone . So I would go to your local spa or dermo and get samples.,do a patch test on your arm before applying any new cream.
There system is kinda of expensive, but it will last for ever.

Also a series of light peels can help also.

Just be careful to wear sunscreen always, if you have freckles you are at greater risk for skin cancer.

I am 43 (almost, lol). I have the typical signs of photo aging, and go to a local medispa. My skin is starting to look amazing. Due to chemo and radiation sores I had a lot of brown spots, scars, all do these are diminishing along with some fine lines. Your local medispa or dermo can assess your skin and help you find the perfect products.
