Alone--heck no. You have been through the better. Better known as the system. Now you go to a pain specialist. He will deliver what is needed to put you back in control of your life. You will be loving life again. Take what is needed until things return to normal and then and only then start to cut back. It works and you will be a happy camper. Remember----PAIN SPECIALIST. It's what they do.
Good luck and keep everyone posted on your recovery. It does help to talk about it and receive feedback.

I know what your going through. IBS was what I was thinking but low and behold--- nope----Fibromyalgia is the culprit. Same pains and everything else you are going through. I know--- went though the same things. Get the right script and you will be feeling better. Like I said before--- you need to see a pain doctor. You will get what you need. Do it.
Good luck
