Hi all I'm new here my names Megan and have be diagnosed with Gastritis and a small sliding hiatis Hernia. I've managed fairly well up until last Monday when I woke in immense pain on my right side and in my back ect feeling like I had a lump in my throat and unable to eat anything that wouldn't put me in more pain. I went back to my gp as Pariet feels like its no longer working so she prescribed me 40mg Nexuim. Ive started taking them today and am hoping they ease my pain. My question is does anyone have any tips on what kind of meals I can eat without it affecting me cause it seems everything I eat besides apple and bananas affect me. Tonight I'm having Pumpkin soup and am in two minds about whether it will cause pain. Any pointers would be great thanks
