I have beenn hardcore low fodmap since june 19th...and even some foods on low fodmap bother me....my foods are so so limited. I am gluten free, dairy free, sugar free...darn near everything free. ;)
I feel great and I am happy to be eating what I eat. I have lost nearly 22 pounds in two months....

BUT..................I only drink water. Coffee makes me miserable. I tried putting lemon in my water....bad idea. Mad me miserable.ALL fruit has proven to be bad bad bad for me.

Is there ANYTHING else I can drink? I am kinda getting sick of water. LOL!
