Hi,

I went to a gastro dr a year ago for lower right abdominal tenderness. He did a ct scan, mri, colonoscopy, upper egd and a pill cam and all came out normal. The tenderness pain is not consistent throughout the day. I think I have figured out that it hurts worse when stool is possibly present in the lower right part of the abdomen. I have no other symptoms just tenderness. So the dr said he wasn't for sure and he diagnosed me with IBS. Anyone with IBS that has the same or similar pain?

Thanks for any response.

With my IBS I get pain/tenderness on the lower left side.
I guess it can vary,
