Have you had a general check-up by your PCP? Any thyroid testing done? I would start with that and ask for CBC, ferritin to rule out anemia and iron deficiency, chemistry panel to look at liver, kidney function, blood sugar etc., sed rate and CRP to check for inflammation, urinalysis, thyroid hormone and antibody levels (both are important with a + ANA. If all is good, then ask for a referral to a rheumatologist. The fact you have had 2 + ANAs, and 2 - ones is not unusual early in the course of autoimmune disorders, and this needs to be investigated with not feeling well for 2 years. That is a long time, so something is going on, possibly autoimmune thyroid disease with hypothyroidism, or lupus, or a similar disorder. Once it is identified, it can be treated and you'll feel better, so please pursue this. The nausea and other GI distress could be related, as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance are all possibilities. Celiac and H. Pylori antibodies should be done with those blood tests as well.

Thank you for you reply!:) I have been to my PCP many times.. I have been to a rheumatologist, endocrinologist, gastro doc, and even a urologist... The next step since I'm 21 is to see a gynecologist(due to my worsening periods/my pcp says I could have endometriosis since my mom had it).. My PCP says that if it is nothing female related that he wants to send me to duke or mayo clinic. I have even been to a nutritionist and she said I had a parasite. Though, I did the stool test and it came back negative... I just want a reason for my symptoms.. It gets hard to deal with it...but... Thank you again for your response!:)
