I'm taking a liquid cod liver oil supplement which contains 890 omega 3 of which EPA/DHA 700mg per dose and I'm doing this 3 times daily. I also take 3 x fishoil gel caps which contain 300mg Omega 3 each nd 260mg EPA/DHA.

So I'm taking a total of 3570 Omega 3 daily and 2880 mg EPA/DHA every day. Is this too muchand will it cause any health problems?

I've read that 3,000 to 5,000 is safe. You can also do your own research. Why exactly are you taking this amount?

Way too much intake of fish oil.

A maximum of 3 grams per day is recommended. Making your blood nearer to the consistency of water, clotting is harder to establish with internal bleeding likely.
There are many side effects from taking >3gms per day, so may I suggest you make yourself aquainted with them to prevent serious problems down the line.

Yack.
