    Fingers tips

Hello, i have a history of back problems L4-L5 fusion both SI joints are fused and now my neck is starting to hurt. My fingertips on my right hand are numb but just the top knuckle where the fingernail is can this be related to my neck hurting? Another symptom i have is ringing in my ears?? Any Help would be appreciated.

Btw, i am in more pain now then before all the surgeries.

    Re: Fingers tips

This could actually be a pinched nerve in your shoulder. A pinched nerve in your shoulder would definatley cause numbness in your finger tips and could actually be affecting your ears.
You need a CT to be sure- but I would go see your general doctor for a start and see what he/she recommends.

    Good luck!

Given your history with your spine, it may be an issue with your cervical spine.

I had an mri done on wed. Then today they called back and wanted to do part of the test again. I have had many many mri's over the years but have never been asked to come back in, it's kind of scary! I will keep you updated.
