    Arm NCS/EMG Interpretation

Had some abnormal findings on my NCS/EMG and trying to understand what they mean prior to my appointment.

    Any help?

    “EMG FINDINGS:
A disposable monopolar needle electrode was used in evaluation of selected muscles (see table). the Right 1stDorInt showed increased motor unit amplitude. All remaining muscles (see table) showed no evidence of electrical instability or abnormal motor unit potentials.
    NCV FINDINGS:
Evaluation of the Left Ulnar Motor and the Right Ulnar Motor nerves showed decreased conduction velocity (A Elbow-B Elbow). All remaining nerve conduction parameters (as indicated in the following tables) were within normal limits.”
