    Golfer's Elbow and Hand Joints

Iíve had golfers elbow off and on for years.

There is been a few instances where itís
really flared up either using the computer or
    when driving.

The muscles in the forearm close to the elbow get
    really tense.

This has happened three different times.
The joints in my wrist and hand are affected immediately
    after it seems.

Feeling stiffer, more sensitive to cold.
i.e. getting hand cramps from writing happen faster.

Can epicondylitis cause changes this fast or might it be something else?

Went to an RA dr. and they found nothing in the tests.
    Had the epicondylitis nerve surgery.
Yet after using trackpad and typing for about
40 mins last week the arm feels like it did before the procedure.
Hard to use mouse and type with dominant hand now.
    An essential tremor doesnít help.
