Painless lump in inner crease of forearm

Hey guys new to the board how is everyone

Just wanted to ask general question you prob see it alot common.

Have recently developed a lump on forearm (not golfers elbow) this is on inner crease almost on tenden... lump only can be seen when you extend arm fully

Went for ultrasound she said its not in vien or lymph node .but she highlited the lump look like a ball lol. Not sure what to make of this. Just wanted to ask here has anyone seen this type issue before? or heard or know anything or what it might be..

The lump has been there now for 10 days not bigger or smaller sometimes in morning when wake up it gets abit small then seems bit only a fracction bigger later in day if doing workouts. Its a painless lump.. if have hot shower seems get lil bit itchy but not enoigj to warrant a scratch haha just extremely minor irritation. After developing lump the arm has been abit achey but not significant enough to warrant discomfort or pain its more a niggling thing. .oh lump is sorta hard and soft bit both but not super hard... lump can only be seen if i extend my arm its prob 1 or 2 cm. i have really extend my arm for it to stick out
waitinf for results on ultrasoubs so i duno if anyone has any backgound knowlwdge pls do share

    Im 35 years old
    Current health issues

    1) granuloma in liver
    2) Sibo (bacterial fungal infection in gut)
    currantly under management for this..
    3) some minor digestion issues
    3) That particular arm with lump i have had a broken forearm before compound fracture... so it has titanium plates it does ache somwtimes usually in winter.
    4) had bronchitus 3 months ago and just seem to be getting over over it past couple weeks still cough abit flem in morning but not to bad

All the symptons above started 3 months ago due to being exposed to fungus bacteria at a work site

    Not covid
    No flu like symptons
    No fever
Generally feel pretty well but have slight malaiase seems come in waves

Ever since got the lump have been feeling bit wierd but i duno if its anxiety or other health issues.. strange anxious like feeling.

Had some wierd numbing in left side where lump in tingling seems have subsided for now

if anyone can help would be great

Hi...obviously, your doctor sent you for testing. With the results from the ultrasound, is he/she sending you to a plastic surgeon who is recognised to deal with lumps like that?
