How come my hands turn purple-ish in the cold?

When ever I'm cold in about 60F, my hands are really red with blotchy white spots and my knuckles turn very dark purple. I am wondering if this is something to be concerned with. My family does also have poor circulation, but I have never had an issue with my circulation.

sounds alittle bit like raynauds but usually the finger get white and blue then turn red...mine get red and freezing cold and its awful but don't think its actual raynauds..not yet anyway. :/

I have same problem with the smallest toe on each foot.
It only happens when my feet are cold and the small toes turn real purple.
May be its a circulation problem,

Solofelix.

Definitely sounds like Raynaud's. Same thing happens to me.
