    A 'Dent' In My Arm

I'm not entirely sure if this is in the right place, but for a good while now, there's been a bit of a 'dent' in my left arm. I can't take a picture because you can only really notice it when you feel it, but there's a definite dent in muscle or fat or something.

Oddly enough, it's the exact place where I used to rest my arm all the time against my desk, but I wouldn't have assumed it's possible for fat/muscle to erode away.

Any ideas on what it could be? It doesn't hurt or anything by the way.

It is possible to have fat atrophy (shrinkage) to occur under the skin from prolonged pressure/friction on a spot. It is of no concern unless you have multiple "dents" in the soft tissue for no apparent reason.

Hi...It is probably from where you rest your arm. There is some thing that your muscle is leaning on and I don't know why it happens. It happened to me on my calf and after I figured out what it was...it took awhile but it went away and everything was good. It didn't erode...it will fill out
