    Pain after basal tendon surgery

Hi, I am three mo out from this surgery and having a lot of pain in my hand and tons of weakness. Doing my exercises daily with a lot of warmth treatments. Possibly doing too much? Just want some feed back on how others are doing and just how much others are using there hands . Thanks, Norma

Three months post op is just where you are about to turn the corner to start feeling as if your hand is returning to normal. Don't get discouraged. Keep working on your physical therapy. Results will follow.
